Plain terms for a research tool. Read the risk section properly — it is the one that matters.

1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of Tiruvi Desk at https://tiruvi.site. Creating an account or using the platform means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any that restrict trading in Indian securities.
2. What the service is
A research and analytics tool for the Indian equity and derivatives markets. It gives you a licence to use the platform for your own purposes, personal or commercial, for as long as your subscription is current.
It is software, not a service that manages money. It does not hold your funds, place orders, or act on your behalf in any market.
3. Your account
- Keep your credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Do not share an account. Plans are per person; a team needs a subscription each.
- Give accurate information, and keep your email current — we use it to reach you.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Connecting a broker
Connecting ICICI Direct Breeze is optional and grants read-only market data access. The platform cannot place orders, read holdings, read funds or see positions — those endpoint families are blocked at runtime, not merely unused.
Your broker relationship is between you and your broker. Their terms, their rate limits and their outages are theirs, and we are not a party to that agreement. You are responsible for using your broker access within their terms.
5. Plans, billing and refunds
- Plans
- Personal, Pro, Quant. What each includes is on the pricing table, which is the authority.
- Payment
- Processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Term
- Monthly or yearly, charged up front. A renewal extends from the end of your current term, so renewing early never costs you the days you have left.
- Access on lapse
- When a term ends without renewal you drop to the free tier. You do not lose your data — your journal is in your browser, and your screens, watchlists and backtest history stay in your account.
- Refunds
- Within 7 days of a first payment, on request, if the platform has not worked as described. Refunds end the subscription immediately. Renewals of a plan you have already used are not generally refundable.
- Price changes
- Notified at least 30 days ahead and never applied to a term you have already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
Do not:
- Resell, redistribute or republish market data obtained through the platform. Exchange data carries licensing obligations that we do not have the right to pass on to you.
- Scrape, automate against, or otherwise use the platform in ways that place disproportionate load on it or on our data providers.
- Attempt to bypass entitlement checks, rate limits, or access data belonging to another account.
- Share your account, or use it to provide a service to third parties.
- Use the platform for anything unlawful, including market manipulation.
- Reverse engineer the service except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
Security research is welcome. Report what you find to us before disclosing it publicly, do not access data that is not yours, and do not degrade the service while testing.
7. Your content
Your journal, your screens, your rules and your backtests are yours. We claim no ownership. We use them only to run the platform for you, and we do not use them to train models.
The marketplace publishes rule sets we wrote. Those remain ours; you may use them in the platform, and you may not republish them as your own.
8. Availability
We aim for the platform to be up and the data fresh, and we do not promise either absolutely. Markets close, broker sessions expire nightly, upstream providers fail, and hosting has incidents.
The platform is designed so a data outage degrades rather than lies: every screen renders from the stored history when a live feed is unavailable, and a source badge says which you are looking at. Read the badge.
9. Risk, and the limits of what we promise
The platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy or completeness of data.
We are not liable for your trading losses. Every order you place is your decision, made with your broker, on your own judgement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where a payment is reversed or disputed.
Export your journal before you go — it lives in your browser, and we have no copy to restore.
11. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top is the authority on when they last did, and material changes will be notified in the application before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that is acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
